Leadership is my Jam!

My passion is helping business owners learn how to turn their management style into a leadership style! I am a huge believer that great leaders can create amazing teams who are productive, passionate, and do their best work while at work, and enjoy a personal lifestyle that is supported by their job, instead of being hindered by it.

I have a double MA in both Counseling and Organizational Psychology and spent most of my formal education focused on how to structure workplaces so people didn’t hate where they worked.
