My Approach

I am a big believer in getting the full picture before moving forward with recommendations. I ask deep personal questions about goals and dreams, along with practical and logistical questions. I will ask you to share your fears, worries, and also consider areas of strength and weakness.

To be a leader means facing yourself in the mirror and letting that mirror speak your truth.

Once we assess your truth, we can really begin to do the work together. Leadership skills require practice, preparation, and knowledge of yourself and your team. You might find me asking about your team, their personality, and any key players to get a true picture of your needs.

Sometimes all you need is a person to consult with on a particular issue or goal and it is quick and easy. I am a fan of quick and easy! However…if it is not something quick and easy, that’s ok too! We will prioritize and then take it one thing at a time. I will support you along the way!

Executive Coaching

This is for individuals working in a practice in a management capacity who would benefit from professional development, especially focused on leadership skills, communication, connecting with their team, and managing effectively. This can be a person new to leadership, or for a person who has great skills, but is struggling to attain results. This is an ongoing relationship and is typically paid for by the organization. 360 Assessment

This is for an organization that is larger (15+ employees and multiple levels of management). The goal of a 360 Assessment is to understand how things are working in the organization, to identify where there are opportunities for system improvements, if there is a need for executive coaching to improve leadership skills, or to recommend changes to personnel roles or employment within the organization. The assessment typically includes a number of 1:1 phone calls, surveys, and personality inventories. Onsite options are available.
